Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Rummy Sweety is not a real-money gaming platform, deposits that have already been used to join a cash table cannot be refunded. However, we do process refunds in the following cases:

• Failed deposit: if money is debited from your bank but not credited to your Rummy Sweety wallet, the amount is auto-refunded within 5–7 working days.
• Duplicate charge: the extra amount is refunded to the original payment source.
• Disputed transaction: raise a ticket within 48 hours of the transaction. Our team will investigate and respond within 3 working days.

How to request a refund

Email our support team with your registered mobile number, transaction ID and a screenshot of the deduction. Refund requests are handled in the order they are received.
