By downloading, installing or using the Rummy Sweety application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to play skill-based card games for cash in your state. Residents of states where such games are restricted must not use the App.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person may only hold one active account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.

3. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits are non-refundable once used at a real-cash table. The minimum withdrawal is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed after basic KYC verification.

4. Fair play

Use of bots, scripts, VPNs, collusion or any form of cheating will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance in the account.

5. Bonuses

Welcome and promotional bonuses (including the 50-chip welcome bonus) are credited as chips and can be used at any real-cash table. Bonus chips convert into withdrawable cash based on play-through as displayed inside the App.

6. Limitation of liability

Rummy Sweety is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses caused by internet disruptions, device failures or force majeure events.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
